Mental performance consulting for athletes, coaches, and families.

Mental Performance Coaching

Mental performance coaching helps athletes develop the psychological skills needed to perform consistently in high-pressure environments.

Sessions are personalized to each athlete’s goals, experiences, and competitive demands. We emphasize neutral thinking, self-awareness, and practical mental skills that athletes can apply in real time.

Two women standing together outdoors on a mountain overlook, smiling at the camera. One woman is wearing sunglasses, a purple hoodie, and a gray vest, while the other woman is wearing a cap, a purple sweatshirt, and is carrying a crossbody bag. They have a scenic mountain landscape with clouds and trees in the background.

Team Workshops

Strong team environments are built through communication and trust. Our workshops help teams better understand the mental component of performance while creating environments that support both personal development and competitive success.

We work collaboratively with coaches to ensure workshops align with the needs and goals of the team.

Parent Consultations

Parents play an important role in shaping an athlete’s relationship with sport, pressure, confidence, and adversity.

Parents learn how to communicate effectively after games and practices, encourage accountability without rescuing athletes from discomfort, and reduce performance pressure.

“Jess has equipped our team with practical mental tools that have become essential parts of their performance toolboxes - tools that build confidence, sharpen focus and provide a competitive edge on and off the field. Her impact is evident in how our athletes carry themselves during high-pressure situations.”
